Lerroy supports the lead Retirement Plan Advisors to ensure an outstanding client experience by implementing and monitoring client’s employer-sponsored retirement plans for proper investments, working with the team on plan strategy, and providing portfolio recommendation.  With many years of experience in the financial field, he enjoys being a trusted resource for both plan sponsors and plan participants.

Before joining SWP, Lerroy assisted small business owners and their employees with their retirement planning and financial needs.  He helped break down complex terms and plans to participants and help small business owners identify the right plan for their needs.

Outside of the office, Lerroy likes to travel, hike, fish, and be outdoors.  He loves traveling to visit his friends and family all over the country and world.
