Lauren Novak

Manager of Investment Operations

Lauren supervises the operations team and is in charge of the firm’s online portfolio management and reporting platforms. She optimizes and maintains accurate data to support SWP wealth advisors and clients in making informed decisions. Lauren’s interest in data management, paired with her eagerness to serve others, complements the firm’s commitment to providing an exceptional client experience.

Before joining SWP, Lauren held investment operations positions with Northwestern Medicine and Millennium Trust Company. She gained experience with various investment responsibilities, including trade processing and portfolio analysis and larger projects such as new investment technology implementation.

Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys traveling and exploring nature with her husband.  She also likes to spend time in northern Wisconsin and Florida with family.  She is a lover of animals and has a pet cat and dog.
