As a member of the HR Team, Deborah is responsible for acquiring and retaining talent resources that fuel our high-performing, multi-disciplinary internal teams and reinforce the excellence of our company culture. Her mission ensures that SWP personnel consistently deliver the highest caliber of personalized wealth management services to our clients.

Deborah has 18 years of cross-functional experience serving in roles across the wealth management and real estate industries. Her knowledge and skillsets are ideally positioned to support employee development, growth, and engagement in a diverse and inclusive workplace.  Her goals are aligned to continue cultivating a highly collaborative and integrated team at SWP. Deborah is passionate about humanity, empathy, and authenticity. She believes that the health of a company’s culture is driven by the strength of its trust.

Out of the office, Deborah is at her best advocating and caring for family and friends. She loves to enjoy the outdoors with her son and Bernese Mountain Dog. Her ultimate happy places are under the sun, on the sand, and in the water.
